ESTIMATOR/FILE HANDLER
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, a thorough estimate of vehicle repair needs, and a hassle-free client experience.
  • Responsibilities include damage appraisal, client service, and managing the repair process.
  • Key skills are organization, attention to detail, and strong, professional customer service and sales experience.
PARTS ASSOCIATES
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the parts process.
  • Responsibilities include ordering and returning necessary parts, maintaining an organized and accessible parts area, and maintaining vendor relations.
  • Key skills are organization, attention to detail, and solid time-management proficiency.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
  • Administration positions are varied,  and generally handle multiple duties within the front office depending on the department.
  • Departments include:  Accounting (AP/AR), Human Resources, Customer Service and Office Management.

Body Department

BODY TECHNICIAN
  • Ability to repair the body, frame, and mechanical parts of a vehicle.  Includes 2+ years of experience.
  • Responsibilities include repair straightening for outer body panels, panel bonding, plastic repair, welding, and replacing all structural and non-structural parts.
  • Key skills are dependability, excellent quality control, and efficiency.
BODY TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
  • Ability to learn and perform aspects of the repair process while assisting a metal technician.
  • Responsibilities include parts check-in, basic disassembly and reassembly, and surface preparation to body panels or plastic components.
  • Key skills include dependability, the ability to work on a team, and the desire to learn.
DETAILER/PORTER
  • Ability to thoroughly clean and polish a vehicle following vehicle repair.
  • Responsibilities include cleaning the inside and outside of a vehicle, basic quality control, transporting vehicles, and facility maintenance.
  • Key skills are dependability,  organization, attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the desire to learn.
Paint Department

PAINT TECHNICIAN
  • Ability to properly prep and refinish vehicles.
  • Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for paint, master paint application, paint mixing and tinting, and quality control.
  • Key skills are dependability, excellent quality control, and efficiency.
PAINT TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE/PREPPER
  • Ability to learn and perform aspects of the refinish process while assisting a paint technician.
  • Responsibilities include using and maintaining equipment, prepping vehicles for paint, masking/taping edges, and mixing and tinting paint.
  • Key skills include dependability the ability to work on a team, and the desire to learn.
